Cancellation
We kindly require a 48-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to your scheduled service. If you cancel within less than 48 hours, a 50% charge of the service cost will apply. Repeated instances will prohibit future appointments with EMBeautyCo.
No Call/No Show:
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment incurs a 100% charge of the scheduled service with no refunds given or exceptions made.
Refund Deposits:
Deposits are specific to the reserved date and time, they’re non-transferrable to future appointments, meaning it can’t be transferred to a future appointment. Canceling or rescheduling forfeits the deposit. Refunds of any kind are not offered, and no exceptions will be made.
